This 5 Days Kibale & Ngamba Uganda safari is purely a chimpanzee experience safaris it inlvolves 5 days kibale and ngamba island. It invloves chimpanzee trekking at ngamba island on lake victoria and in kibale national park at bigodi swamps.
Day 1: ENTEBBE
On your arrival at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda you will be welcomed by our guide and transferred for overnight in BB to the hotel, at the hotel of your choice

Day 2: NGAMBA ISLAND CHIMPANZEE SANCTUARY
After breakfast, board the boat to Ngamba Island for a day trip at Ngamba Chimpanzee Santuary. Ngamba Island is located 23 km offshore from Entebbe. In 1998 it became Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary under Jane Goodall Foundation with the objective to provide a safe haven for orphaned chimpanzees that have been rescued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority from poachers or traders, with no chance of survival back to the wild.
The day trip allows you to see the island and to view the feeding of the chimpanzees. However, if you wish to take the care giver chimpanzee experience, you will need to spend the night in the eco-lodge. This is offered with an optional supplement.
In the afternoon return to Entebbe for dinner and overnight at as night before
Day 3: FORT PORTAL – KIBALE FOREST
After breakfast drive to Fort Portal the capital town of Toro kingdom which lies on the shadow of Rwenzori Mountains, the biggest mountain range in Africa. Lunch. In the afternoon you have the opportunity to explore the region of the Kasenda Crater lakes with panoramic view points and sceneries. Dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge Luxury Tents. Full Board

Day 4: CHIMPANZEE TREKKING – BIGODI SWAMP WALK
After breakfast, today activity is the nature walk for the chimpanzee tracking activity in Kibale National Park. You will enjoy while experiencing the rain tropical forest, birding and especially to encounter the chimpanzees in their natural environment.
Kibale National Park with its 766 sq km of rain tropical forest contains the highest primates density in the world. Among the species which you can see include black and white colobus, red tailed monkey and vervet monkey. Moreover, 325 species of birds are recorded.
In the afternoon proceed to take the tour to the Bigodi wetland sanctuary and experience more forest primates as well as a wealth of the budding bird-life. Later, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight as night before
Day 5: TRANSFER BACK TO ENTEBBE
After breakfast, prepare to drive back to Entebbe.
