An adventurous Uganda safaris in 5 days Kidepo national park road safaris transcending all the boundaries and getting into Uganda’s most isolated park situated in north eastern Uganda close to the Karimojongs Uganda’s pastoral ethnic group. you will have an opportunity to interact with the Karimojong besides viewing the Uganda wildlife and are bird species.
Day 1: KAMPALA – KITGUM
You will be picked up by your guide at your location in Kampala and drive North wards towards this rarely visited region but alas boasting of a wealth of both fauna and flora like no where else in Uganda. You will have lunch en-route and continue on you way to Kitgum town where you will have dinner and overnight at Bomah Hotel Kitgum. FB

Note: The journey to Kidepo National Park is long and is usually broken with sleep over at Kitgum. The drive can last the whole day
Day 2: KITGUM KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast drive towards and continue to Kidepo Valley National Park. You will have lunch and prepare for a game drive at the park before checking into your accommodation of preference for dinner and overnight. Full Board

Day 3: KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast go for photographic game drives along the trails of the national park. Especially, expect to explore the region of the river Narus valley. Kidepo contains one of the most exciting faunas of any Ugandan parks, with over 80 species of mammals several of which restricted only to Kidepo, like cheetah, striped hyena and caracal. The bird list boasts over 465 species. Dinner and overnight as night before.
Day 4: KITGUM AND ACHOLI-LAND
Go for another game drive in Kidepo and proceed through the Acholiland to Kitgum. Dinner and overnight in Kitgum, at Bomah Hotel or similar. Full Board

Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 5: DRIVE BACK TO KAMPALA
End of the program with return back to Kampala and transfer to Entebbe International Airport for night flights. Lunch en route. Half Board
